Operations transformation
Transformation is all about financial results. Our approach to operations transformation includes three phases: diagnostic, planning and implementation.
The diagnostic sizes and prioritizes sources of value. Planning phase builds out a game plan to capture the value, including a project management office (PMO). Finally, in implementation, we put the diagnostic and planning to work. In this phase, our team supports project owners, accelerating progress and building capabilities along the way. In this phase, we also provide program oversight, holding regular "steering committee" meetings, highlighting program progress and potential risks to execution. Example deliverable: Reduce finished goods inventory by 20% Typical engagement duration: 2-6 months |
