Interim Leadership
As an interim executive, a member (or members) of our leadership team will assume an senior role on your team for a set period of time. In this model, we work "in" your business to drive a measurable financial result, typically for a period of 4-18 months.
This model makes most sense for clients that have a vacancy in their current org structure that makes an operations transformation infeasible. Because an interim executive is integrated into the business, they can take on tasks that may be impractical for an external consultant to provide, including revisions to team structure (e.g. hiring and layoffs).
